The  IT Office accepts staff IT issues through this system. All account queries for staff (resets, unlocks, must take place in-person or by phone). We will respond as fast as we can in accordance with our SLA policies.

Marketing + Media Requests
Marketing + Media accepts requests through this system.

To submit a ticket, you will need to authenticate with your DET credentials (e-number + DET password). Please be as detailed as possible in your request.
